- If Practical Possibilities Consulting cancels a webinar or on-demand workshop recording due to Practical Possibilities Consulting technical fault or related challenges, 100% refund of the participation fees are refunded.
- We do not offer any refunds in cases where a participant did not receive the webinar instructions and they did not inform Practical Possibilities Consulting.
- In case a participant does not receive the log in instructions it is their responsibility to contact Practical Possibilities Consulting at least 24hrs before the scheduled time of the webinar. Customer services can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- No refund will be offered to participants who do not receive the log in instruction due to a system or a technical glitch on their end.
Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account (i.e. your PayPal or credit card account) again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
